Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements, - Serve as a personal assistant to the manager, handling various tasks and errands as needed - Assist with customer support, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner - Perform clerical duties such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining records - Enter equipment orders into the system accurately and efficiently - prepare proposals and other documents Skills:
- Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), House Call Pro - Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Previous experience in project coordination is a plus Note:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
